Is bed linen and towels provided?
Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a cot and a high chair if you need them — just let us know before you arrive.
Is the pool heated, and to what temperature?
The pool is heated by a heat pump from April to October and kept at around 28 °C. Outside that period it can be heated on request, for a contribution of €100 per week.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. For direct bookings, the amount and terms are set out in the rental agreement we send you.
How is payment arranged?
A deposit of 50% of the total is paid when booking, and the balance on arrival.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made by bank transfer.
Is the end-of-stay cleaning compulsory?
Yes. It costs €250 for the house and the annexe, plus €50 if you also rent the junior suite.
Is there an internet connection?
Yes — fibre, at 1 Gb/s. The connection is comfortably fast enough for remote working and video calls.
What happens if I cancel?
The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. The full terms are set out in the rental agreement.
Where are the nearest shops?
In Valence-sur-Baïse, 3 km away: supermarket, bakery, restaurants and a beauty salon.

Which are the nearest station and airport?
Agen railway station is about a 45-minute drive away, and Toulouse-Blagnac airport about 1 hour 30.
Is smoking allowed?
The house and the annexe are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outdoors.
Is there a barbecue?
Yes, two barbecues are available for guests.
Can we hold a family event at the estate?
Yes. Tell us about your plans when booking and we will work out together what can be arranged.
